Always Show Welcome Screen at Startup

Allow Users to Override Panel Settings

When enabled, users can toggle panels and save their preferences. When disabled, the above default settings are enforced for all users and panel toggle controls are hidden.

About Document Upload

Control how documents are processed for each LLM provider. Some providers support native document upload (sending files directly), while others require text extraction.

Override settings to force text extraction or adjust file size limits
